Mokxa Day 2026: AI-ccelerate!

Mokxa Day has never been just another company event. It is where ideas collide, perspectives get challenged, and the future starts feeling a little more real.

This year, we brought together a powerful theme: AI-ccelerate.

Entering the AI Era With Our Own Digital Avatars

We kicked off the day with something unexpected.
Every Mokxu received their own AI-avatar. It’s a playful but thought-provoking reflection of how tech is rapidly blending with identity, creativity, and work culture.
It sets the tone for the rest of our day: innovative, slightly chaotic, highly creative, and deeply human.

Leadership Panel: Cutting Through the AI Noise

One of the highlights of the event was the panel discussion featuring our Chief Technology Officer, Raveesh Dewan, and our Chief Customer Success Officer, PSB.

They explored questions that many organizations are quietly wrestling with today:
  • Will AI replace jobs, or redefine them?
  • What becomes more valuable when automation becomes normal?
  • How do businesses scale innovation without losing culture?
  • What skills will define the next generation of leaders?

While AI adoption is accelerating globally, many initiatives still remain experimental or disconnected from measurable business value. At Mokxa, technology decisions will stay grounded in real outcomes with empathy, adaptability, and creativity — not trends.

The “Office 2050” Challenge

Teams were challenged to rethink what the workplace could look like decades from now — beyond just AI tools and automation.

We went far beyond futuristic screens and robotics. People imagined offices designed around:
  • Human wellbeing and mental health
  • Flexible work-life integration
  • Learning and reskilling environments
  • Family-friendly experiences
  • Creativity-first collaboration spaces
  • AI as a silent enabler, not the center of attention

Alongside this, the Mokxathon concluded with winners and awards across categories including Best UI, Best Idea, Best Use of AI, and Best Utilization of Joget DX9.

What stood out from both activities was not just creativity, but how grounded the ideas were in real-world use cases.

Vision From Our CEO

The day concluded with a keynote speech from our CEO, Parminder Sethi: Enduring Skills in the Age of AI.

AI can accelerate possibilities, but it does not define direction. People remain the architects responsible for shaping outcomes with intent, accountability, and value.

The winning profile is not just “AI expert” or “domain expert” alone. Real advantage comes from combining domain expertise, AI fluency, systems thinking, and communication.
  • Domain expertise without AI fluency leaves you slower than competitors
  • AI fluency without domain expertise creates shallow output
  • Systems thinking without communication means less influence
  • Communication without substance is just noise

Individually, each skill has limits. Together, they create leverage that is increasingly difficult to replicate and rare.

The Meta-Skill: Knowing When to Override the Machine

At the center of all these skills is an even more important capability: knowing when to trust the machine — and when to override it.

AI excels in repetitive, data-rich, and well-defined tasks where speed and scale matter more than nuance. But human judgment becomes critical when context is ambiguous, relationships matter, accountability is required, or the situation is genuinely new.
That balance between automation and human discernment may become one of the defining leadership skills of the AI era.
AI may transform industries. But creative judgment, empathetic relationships, ethical reasoning, and adaptability will remain timeless advantages — both personally as well as in the people we lead.

More Than an Event

Mokxa Day 2026 was about creating space for conversations that matter. It was about becoming more intentional in how we approach AI.
Less hype. More clarity. Less assumption. Better accountability. And a stronger focus on what actually creates value — for businesses, and for people.
Happy Mokxa Day 2026! 🎉
