  • Allied Benefit Systems was established in 1980 as the largest third-party administrator of insurance in the United States offering self-insurance benefits for small and medium-sized employees.

  • Every health insurance enrollment requires the creation of 200-pages policy documents on benefits, exemptions, outpatient labs and facilities, cost share such as copay, coinsurance, and deductibles.

  • In the past, creating thousands of policy documents was manually done on emails, spreadsheets, and dozens of siloed enterprise systems. This resulted in inefficiencies, errors, and higher operating costs, making it increasingly difficult for Allied to scale up as their client base grew.
